International Orders – VAT, Duties, and Import Fees
We are excited to now offer international sales. Please note that for orders shipped outside of the United States, you may be responsible for Value-Added Tax (VAT), customs duties, and other import fees upon receipt. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are completely outside of our control.
Because each country has different regulations and fee structures, we cannot predict the costs you may incur. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier or customs agency at delivery.
We understand that these costs can be significant. However, due to the complexities and regulations of international distribution, we have chosen to open direct-to-consumer shipping from our facilities in the USA—and sometimes Taiwan—so we can share our products worldwide.

International Warranty Overview

Warranty Length: International customers receive a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Primary Service Method: If something goes wrong, we will first provide replacement parts for you to install yourself, along with step-by-step troubleshooting guidance. This allows repairs to be done without the delays and expense of shipping the whole unit back.

Full Replacement or Return:

If the issue cannot be resolved with replacement parts and troubleshooting, and the aF4 must be fully replaced or repaired, you (the customer) will pay for the shipping cost to send the faulty unit back to us.

Once we’ve repaired or replaced your unit, we will cover the shipping cost to send it back to you.

*Why this policy exists: International shipping is expensive, and this approach helps keep costs lower while still ensuring you receive warranty service.

Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO at this time.
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. You may determine shipping rates to your destination at the checkout page.
*Transportation to remote regions may cause a delay of 1-2 days in the delivery of your order.
