International Orders – VAT, Duties, and Import Fees

We are excited to now offer international sales. Please note that for orders shipped outside of the United States, you may be responsible for Value-Added Tax (VAT), customs duties, and other import fees upon receipt. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are completely outside of our control.

Because each country has different regulations and fee structures, we cannot predict the costs you may incur. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier or customs agency at delivery.

We understand that these costs can be significant. However, due to the complexities and regulations of international distribution, we have chosen to open direct-to-consumer shipping from our facilities in the USA—and sometimes Taiwan—so we can share our products worldwide.

International Warranty Overview

  • Warranty Length: International customers receive a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Primary Service Method: If something goes wrong, we will first provide replacement parts for you to install yourself, along with step-by-step troubleshooting guidance. This allows repairs to be done without the delays and expense of shipping the whole unit back.

  • Full Replacement or Return:

    • If the issue cannot be resolved with replacement parts and troubleshooting, and the aF4 must be fully replaced or repaired, you (the customer) will pay for the shipping cost to send the faulty unit back to us.

    • Once we’ve repaired or replaced your unit, we will cover the shipping cost to send it back to you.

*Why this policy exists: International shipping is expensive, and this approach helps keep costs lower while still ensuring you receive warranty service.

INTERNATIONAL SALES
We now offer sales internationally - however; all warranty service will require shipping be paid by the customer!  inD will cover the costs of parts and labor - but shipping costs will fall on the customer.

Order Tracking Information
You will receive a notice of shipment email with tracking information upon the shipment of your order.
You may also track your order in your order history in the account center.
It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.

Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO at this time.
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. You may determine shipping rates to your destination at the checkout page.

 

Refused Shipments
If you refuse the package to have your order returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Delivery and Inspection 
As our products are generally high-value items, please monitor the delivery schedule. In case you are not at home during the delivery window, we recommend contacting the courier in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time to ensure you are available to receive the package successfully.
Once you (or someone else on your behalf) collects the item, inD aquatics will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video. If you notice any damage to the packaging, items are missing or damaged, please contact us at hello@indaquatics.com within 24 hours after you receive the package so that we can resolve the problem immediately.
