For wholesale or corporate orders, please reach out to sales@indaquatics.com so our sales manager can assist you directly.

*The aF4 and our newer products are in very high demand and we are working to increase production to fulfill orders. We expect to be fully optimized to support wholesale orders by 2027. If you would like to start an account we are happy to help, but we cannot guarantee available wholesale inventory will be available for purchase.

Quick reminder: To avoid any delays, make sure you’re emailing the right channel. Messages sent to the wrong inbox (like social media DMs or unrelated email addresses) may take longer to get routed to the right team. The phone number associated with us via google search is unmonitored and we will NOT receive your voicemails or texts.

What’s Your Response Time?

We do our best to respond within 24–48 hours (Monday through Friday). We’re a small team and closed on weekends, but we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

Here’s a quick tip to help avoid delays:
We reply to messages in the order they come in, so if you send a follow-up before we respond, it bumps your email to the bottom of the queue as if it’s brand new. To keep your place in line, try to hold off on sending multiple messages until we’ve had a chance to get back to you.
