Love it! Great design, well worth the investment.
I use exclusively frozen food to limit nutrient introduction.
Very easy to setup and use, instructions are very thorough. I recommend the additional bins with tray, for long-term vacation I can thaw 1/3 capacity in all three in 1 day, then rinse and combine to a fourth for feeding. I use high salinity salt water, and use same to rinse my food before use, to limit nutrients.

Great feeder!
Simple to setup and get running. I integrated it with my Neptune Apex and it took just minutes to setup. Used it for just three days to make sure it works (we are going away next week) and it worked flawlessly. I only have a small tank (26G nano), so used the minimum delivery quantity (5ml) which seemed fine - a little more than I would hand-feed, but I struggle with low Nitrates anyway! The design allowed be to position the feed tube right where I normally spot-feed which I really like, rather than just dumping food near the surface (which a couple of my fish who are skittish would not like). Overall very impressive design, 10/10.

Must have if you travel for work
I travel for work between 3 and 6 days a week. No other way to feed frozen foods multiple times a day. I am glad to see the final product keeps the food in slurry form as I like to thaw and then rinse frozen foods. The unit itself seems pretty well built. One thing to note is if you plan to keep this in an enclosed space without a lot of ventilation it will overheat, mine is inside a cabinet next to the tank my solution was to drill a 4 in hole in the side of the cabinet and install a computer fan to continuously vent the heat that this produces to cool down the food.
